We are right now searching for a new ERP Consultant for our new facility in Ostfriesland. You will become a part of a global organization that is dedicated to green energy and with skilled and motived colleagues around the world.

You will be a part of Group IT working globally to support all our factories and group functions as well as govern our ERP platforms with the mission of becoming a more data-driven organization.

Our IT team is categorized by good humor, teamwork, and cooperation. You will become a part of a team of 13 colleagues and will be reporting directly to our Vice President, Information Technology, Jan Dalsgaard, who says:

The main focus is to ensure a stable transition from the previous SAP setup into D365. As our new ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring stable and efficient operations through training, support and guidance of the users at our new facility in Ostfriesland.
Your main responsibility includes supporting and operating our Foundry, including ERP, OEE, Finance, Logistics, Production and supporting processes to deliver high quality to our global wind customers.

You will work closely with other team members as well as colleagues to support existing processes and system landscape as well as documenting, designing, and building future processes around a solid digital backbone.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support and backup on site our in Ostfriesland – both office and shop floor
• Ensure stable and professional ERP support to all employees on site.
• Train superusers and users on site.
• Teach, train, and improve the use of D365 and competencies across the organization in close cooperation with Group IT colleagues.
• Responsible of deploying IT systems on site.
• Support master data.
• Manage interfaces and integrations.
• Ensure business processes documentation is kept updated.
• Responsible for AX2012/D365 operations and maintenance.
• Actively join projects of new functionality or services being deployed across Baettr Group.

You are an expert in AX2012 and/or D365FO who likes to support and train our users, can drive improvements projects that enable our journey to become more data-driven and take responsibility in streamlining and digitize the processes within Baettr.

• You might have a bachelor's degree in IT or a technical background with IT experience – or years of experience as ERP Consultant/Specialist.
• Support and training experience from jobs in IT or Support functions.
• ITILv 3/4 experience or certification
• A team player with the ability to persuade and the strength to make things happen both face-to-face and on distances.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across functions and cultures.
• A structured and well-organized work approach.
• Robust under pressure and always rising to the challenge of getting the job done.
• Fluent in oral and written German and English is required.

You are probably working as ERP Consultant or ERP Specialist or similar position in a global organization or consulting agency.
